Enroll in a Comprehensive Course

NYFA’s10-week Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) programprovides 144 hours of guided instruction — 72 hours of theory and 72 hours of hands-on practical training. The curriculum covers anatomy, exercise programming, nutrition, special populations, Olympic lifting, CPR, and more.

Complete Theory & Practical Training

Attend classes 4 days per week, 3 hours per day. You’ll study scientific foundations, fitness nutrition, program design, and special population protocols. On the practical side, you’ll master functional movements, resistance training, Olympic lifting techniques, calisthenics skills, and complete a 20-hour supervised internshipat an accredited facility.

Pass the Certification Exam

The NYFA CPT exam requires a minimum 70% passing score out of 250 total marks. The evaluation includes theoretical exams (125 marks), viva and practicals (45 marks), attendance (10 marks), assignments (30 marks), practical skillset execution (40 marks), and the internship component. The IFPA NCCA-accredited exam is 2.5 hours long.
